WELCOME!

The Rambleridge Property Owners Association is happy to welcome you to our neighborhood.

 

We know that sometimes, realtors do not inform buyers of our Homeowners Association. Our Homeowners Association is NOT optional.

 

As of 1/01/2021, our annual dues are $40.00 and are typically billed at the end of January and are to be paid by the end of February of each year.

 

We have covenants, which are found under the Documents page of this website – in case your title company did not provide them at closing.

 

Also, you will find an A&D form under the Architectural & Development Form page of this website.  Any external improvements to your property that change the exterior of your house (including but not limited to; paint, fence, and deck).  At this point, the biggest limitation is that outbuildings (sheds) are not allowed in Rambleridge.  Sheds are permitted at this time if attached to your house and have the appearance to be an extension of your house – siding, roofline, shingles.

We hold an annual meeting on the second Monday of November.  Postcards are mailed as a reminder.
