Covenant rules require approval by the Architectural & Development (A&D) Committee of exterior enhancements to your property. The following are examples of changes that require the submission of a request.

• Wood decks

• Additions

• Painting (ONLY when changing the color of the house)

• Adding concrete (driveway, sidewalk, patios)
